[Resolved] Airtel — Uninvited and forced charges | |
My Airtel mobile number is [protected]. Without my consent/request I am being forcibly charged Rs. 30/- per month because I have been informed that I have become a member of Mitti Ke Rang. This is utter false. This must stop forthwith and the earlier charges given back to me by through addition of balance in my Mobile account. Since when Airtel has started these unfair trade practices? Airtel Mobile — forced charges
I hold an AIRTEL mobile number. Very often once a week Airtel charges me for unwanted and non requested services like ring tone and what not. I have called them several times ( It takes more than 2 hours to contact a customer service !!! sometimes the whole day) to leave me alone, but to no avail. After a month they do the same,Can you suggest me how to go about it to stop this rip off by Airtel. Are they allowed to force charge you for services which you have not asked for. Please suggest.
