[Resolved] Airtel — Promotional Message before Hello Tune(Value added Service)

Problem: I have hellotunes active on my airtel number [protected]. I have 4 songs in the album, of which I have added 2 songs recently. Out of 4 , 2 songs are ok, and other 2 start with the promotional message, "Press *9 to copy this tune, monthly rental 15/-", I asked customer care to remove this promotional message before the hello tune is played and their reasoning is as follows.
Reason given to customer care representative: The software to do so supports only 2 songs and cannot handle more than that songs in the album.

I do not think this is really acceptable.
Please take necessary action on it since, value added service should be customized as per customer needs.
