[Resolved]  Airtel — false commitments /no listening

Dear Sir
I am Using following Nos:-

3. [protected]
4.[protected]
5.[protected]
This Month I have checked My Bill Of no. [protected] i found in that airtel has charged Rs. 1711.00 As one time Charges but no clarification is there i have contacted so many times to customer care & Ro Jalandhar but got no proper reply. that is why i have stopped my bill payment yesterday so please do something so that i can pay my bill and clear the account as i always pay in time.
2. And in my all other nos when i purchased from Ro Jalandhar they issued along with the tariff 325 as i have to keep these nos at home i dont want such a big rental and the reply comes to me that airtel issues new nos only with this tariff so u can use for month & than change to gupshup or any other plan i said ok i will do after few days i have contacted airtel customer care to change the tariff and they told me request sent by them & it will change .But this time when bill came to me i found in all nos they have charged double rental on contact with customer care they told me it is advance rental and it will be adjusted only when you will ask us to disconnect the nos. but no body told me in the time of change of tariff or in the time of purchase of nos.
Please Wave of these advance rental & Give Clarification of of Rs.1711 Charged in My other no.i shall be very great full to you take personal attention to solve my problem other iwse i will stop all my nos.

Airtel — no listenings at airtel offices

dear sir
my sim card no.[protected] is damaged i go to many airetl offices but no one bother their and said we no duplicate sim card for it and said go to other airtel office so tell me what i can do for it please revert me as soon as possible

Airtel — change of mobile tariff

sir,
Am a user of airtel prepaid network for about 6 sucessful years due to some inconvinient that i feel from airtel i send MNP(mobile number portability) on march 30 of 2011 to this i received a unique porting code.After the a customer executive from airtel callback me and give a offer that after canceling the MNP u will benifit the following tariff to life of this sim

Tariff details
1st 15 days A2A 10p
A2M 30p
A2std 50p
After 15 days A2A 10p
A2M 30p
A2std 50p
on rentel basis upto 180 days daily rental of 1 rupee is deducted from my account balance
After 180 days A2A 10p
A2M 30p
A2std 50p
this will continue for free of cost
This is the statement they provided to me but now this plan is stopped after a period of 3 months and stating that this is stopped by the network
