I M FROM PATNA(BIHAR) FROM ONE MONTHS I M TRYING TO UNSUBSCRIBE TO YAHOO ZONE & AIRTEL 64611001. WHICH I NEVER ACTIVATED. EVERYDAY MY BALANCE DEDUCT FROM MY ACCOUNT. I ALLREADY COMPLAINED IT INTO AIRTEL THROUGH EMAIL, CALL & SMS. BUT THEY NOT TREATING WELL TO THERE CUSTOMER. THIS THING HAPPEND WITH MANY CUSTOMER. PLZ TRY TO REMOVE THIS VALUE ADDED SERVICES I.E. I totally agree with the above complaint. I to was ayutomatically subcribed to the same Airtel service without my knowledge with no information on how to un-subscribe. i tried in vain to un-subscribe through yahoo web site but their is no option. no option o[censored]nsubscribe on airtel also. i have ended up paying Rs 26 every month for the last 4-5 months. hope airtel un-subscribes this service immediately

even me too.. i'vr been paying Rs. 30/- from past 3-4 moths for this unwanted service which i never use .. even called customer care..but nothing happened ! Airtel customer care people.. @@

I totally agree with the above complaint and I, too, tried to unsubscribe on airtel.
Now they started new – that you have been renewed for weekly subscription service from. You have been charged Rs 20/-. Kindly un-subscribes this service immediately

Airtel purposely do this. By the time customer come to know this, he/she has lost lot of money.
Solution : You have to check your balance very often if you are prepaid customer. As soon as you notice it, send email to Airtel then they will revert your balance.
Is there anyway we can complain this to some government authority like TRAI?

3 times cricket info & friends chat service activated in my mobile no.automatically, next day i unsubscribe for the service but money didn't refund. If i want the service then i will use it for the validity period that is unwanted service and unwant deduction that is a sort of theft by airtel team
