[Resolved] Airtel — incoming calls from airtel mobile [protected] blocked
my incoming calls from above mentioned mobile no's are blocked from last 8 days ie 12 Apr (without giving any intimation)
Reason (given by customer care) : to submit documents for reverification
Attempt 1: 14 Apr: Submited documents in airtel gallery
Response (of airtel gallery people): incoming would be started within 24 hr
Attempt 2: 16 Apr: 9 pm: called CC people
Reason (given by customer care): CC people told that they have received the documents and since there is technical problem in the system incoming services would be activated after few hrs.
Attempt 3: 17 Apr 10am: called CC
Reason (given by customer care): CC told that my complaint is not lodged, they will file a complaint and within 24 hrs mobile will be started.
Attempt4 : 18 Apr: 10 am called CC
Reason (given by customer care): incoming will be started definately within 1hr, pl. wait
Attempt 5: 18 Apr 12 noon called CC
Reason (given by customer care): complaint is still pending, we will look into it, i will refresh your complaint, you will again have to wait for 24 hrs
Is this a way of solving a complaint,
pl. start my incoming calls on above mentioned no's or else, i will take the matter to your head office and consumer forum
