The service provider Airtel is worst these days and the service is poor , very careless i was using one SIm for past 2 years and suddenly it got barred both incoming and outgoing if i asked the customer care service they said that it might be ur sim is rejected or damaged but suddenly my parents called to my number and someone picked the call and spoke, Airtel rereleased my number to another person when i was using that SIM , when i called and asked they said by mistake they did, this kind of careless ness never happen in any service provider
And my another number got barred incoming when i called they said the same thing like incoming unknowingly barred its realy a worst service
And another thing is when we call to 198 of customer complaints they wont give the line to speak with customer care officer to complaint and talk to the officer u have to struggle even i[censored] make non stop call finally like tat i tried i got the line after 4 days so this kind of worst service no one will provide
Last thing is Airtel another customer care number 121 where they charge 50 p per 3 min poor service

This nasreen from chennai i got airtel digital tv connection on august 2nd but after one week[protected] i came to know that i have a current shot in digital reciever i gave a complient to the service provider he came and saw he told that receiver should be changed and he also told that he doesn't have stock now and he may get by next week only. after tht he did came and no responce from him then i call to the customer care and gave complient through phone but still no responce from them till yet. yesterday i came to know receiver i totally not working. really am fedup with this connection. i don't want this connection i want to change this dth connection. as soon as possible u refund my money which i paid for connection. or else take action towards my complient with in 24 hrs.
