[Resolved] Airtel — Account Holder | |
On march 24th i personally went to the customer care office in vashi in mumbai and submitted all the documents and NOC to transfer the account holder name. They said verification would be done within 15 days and god knows wat happened till now no person has come to verify and even the account holder is the same. Inspite of me calling to the customer care people guys they say u need to go and contact the office where we submitted the documents. And how do they think like that. To submit the documents i have taken leave and again to meet them regarding this again i have to take leave bull . People in the office dont respond correctly . They dont listen to customers. It is not the case with me only, it is the same even with my friends who use this airtel service. I dont know whether they will be a change in their service.
