[Resolved]  Airtel — Excess bill and disconnecting number.

Sir,
My Airtel Postpaid no. is [protected] .My bills for the month March and april 08 have wrongly calculated by the company. I am getting excess of bill, they are charging me for unnecessary services, When is go in roaming my unbilled amount increases by 200 rps always, without doing much of outgoing, now i have decided to disconnect this number but inspite of many repeated calls on Helpline no. 121, [protected], there is no response from the company.
Also they charged me the advanced rental in first bill, at that time they said they will refund this amount upon disconnecting this number, but now they are refusing over refunding this amount.

Same is the story with me. Airtel is constantly increasing the bill astromically though the phone is not in use since last two months.

One I had all my staff numbers also on airtel including my family members. But I have removed most of them. and in this month shall port all the other carrier...Can't endure Airtel any further !!!
