I hv send meny mail to customer care through your franchaisy in our city i.e. City Center coochbehar, but u doesnt rply to the same or dosent solve my problem . On very time t tolk to the customer o[censored] company and they tell me various invails remedies to unsubcribe the yahoo zone plan but non was act properly or no one creates a perfect solution for the same problems .
Your company has aply m Rs. 30/- p m for the same service or plan which i never demanded and i never required . So i am toomuch disturbed due tothe said plan .
So, pls pls pls unsbcribe the yahoo zone plan .
