[Resolved] Airtel — Number not activated at sector 15 | |
Hi I need a New connection in the name of my wife, so i visit airtel outlet in sector 15 on 12 March 2008, they charge 1000 rs for advance rental but number is not activated till now (29April 2008), I visited again and again but told some technical reason its not activated, and the also not refund my money, then i go to Airtel Outlet in Plot no 29, Bhoor colony opp sector 29, Global Televenture, they gave assurence of my amount and activate my number with in 2 hour, that a nice service, and money is also refund with in 7 days. i am one of the customer, my mobile number is [protected] from hyderabad, on my name ch.vinay chandra. i am here to say that my sim is not yet activated, due to for a while my sim lost its signal for the past 2 days then i called to customer care regarding sim lost its signal then told to replace a new sim then i have replaced, then i went to airtel store i.e.., "lalitha communications R.T.C X'roads, hyderabad".
I have taken a new sim at store on 9 feb 2011, they told it will activate in 4hours but upto now it is not activated.
