[Resolved] Airtel — Late payment fee | |
I don't know what to say about this Airtel people. Giving poor & poor service. My bill dtd. 9/3/2008 was of Rs.251. I have recd. a call from Airtel that I have to pay Rs.140 only and Rs.112 is your reimbursement. So I have paid accordingly. But my payment was not credited to my account because of their mistake and ultimately the late payment fees charged to me again. For next month's bill, I went to their Customer Relationship Centre at Vasai (W) and told them about the matter. They told me to pay amount which is relevant according to me and they assured me that next time no late payment would be charged to you. But again the bill came for the month of May which includes again late payment fees and ultimately additing tax amount also. The final bill is of Rs.321. Instead of I have to pay the bill, Airtel should first reimburse me Rs.24.32 and the actual bill should be Rs.236 instead of Rs.321. Was this information helpful? | |

I am a landline user for the past 7yrs. i am happy with ur benefit and service your providing to the customer. But, now personally i am facing a problem in your service for the inproper respone from the customer care and the branch offfice.
I am paying my bill reguraly before the due date.for the past 7-8 months i am unhappy with the bills which they were sending to me. I have raised the complain for that, which the problem has not been solved. Your team keep on adding for the late fee and the unwanted bill in my telephone account no. i am started paying the amount partially according to my usage.After paying the bills reguarly my telephone line has been disconnected with the incoming and outgoing for almost 1 month. I have come for the settlement to the branch office but none of the person have responded properly to me and they have shouted on me that the line cannot be activated.
I want to know whether the airtel customer head really wants to maintain the relation with the customer or we need to discontinue with the best provided services by you but not now.
