[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel - Wrong Activation of Hello Tune and deduction of Balance in mob no. [protected] | |
Hi All This is to inform you that I was treated so rudely by customer care team that I had to literally abuse teh lady agent. Basically I wanted to activate GPRS on my mobile and I called up Care team for that but three agent told me that they wud have to keep the call on hold to seek inforamtion and they simply disconencted the call, I got very frustrated and I called teh dept. once again, this time a picked up the call ( Durga ) and refused to transfer the call to supervisor and said ( agar teko supervisor se baat karne ki hai to raat me 10 baje ke baad phone kar ) this is the way she was speaking to me, I there fore angrily abused her for the rude behavior, she then went ahead adn disconnected the call saying ( tere number ke saath dekh kya karti ). After 15 minutes of the call my Missed Call Alert service was activate without any consent and Rs 15/- got deducted from my account, further to that hello tunes got activated for 365 days and teh tune was a piglet. I have made a complaint againxt this in custoemr care dept. on the same day and spoke to Mangesh ( Floor Supervisor ) he checked details and apologised for same adn promised teh refund fo the deducted amount also told that other service wud get deactivated within 24 hrs time. But I kept on receving call from one number which was from Vega Centre ( Pune ) who was actually activating the services and also had a big argument with me over the fone regarding the same. The person who was calling from Vega Centre was Ajay according to him. Now I am unalbe to use the service. Kindly do the needfull for above mentioned issue.
