Airtel — Poor Service from Account Managers | |
We are one of the esteemed customer of Airtel having more than 40 connections since 2000. But, we are very sad to state that we are taken seriously by the company. The account manager kept changing and the senior officials never bothered to find out the customer grievance. Our bills are not delivered on time. The account manager contacts us only for payment, rest of our problems are not attended... I am unable to find the Airtel's national head or an authorisized senior official's email id or contact no to convey my grievance. Lissy Was this information helpful? | |
