Airtel — AIRTEL IS NOT SOLVING MY PROBLEM plz help me

Respected sir,
I have not got solution of my problem
i have called your customer care lot if time and mail main time but have not got any solution.
i sent have sent following mails(these are my problems which are not solved yet):
i Amit Lokare [protected] wants to complain abput your airtel serviceSince[protected] my airtel to airtel message charge has been increasedit must be 10paise per message by is charging 25paise.i have been calling your curtomer crae execuitive since[protected].they told me that the amount deducted from my account will be refund.but yet my problem is not solved and yet amount is not refund. on[protected]around rs10) & on[protected]around rs8) was deducted.when i asked your executive he told me that the balance was cut due to caller tune.when i told him that my caller tune was cancelled on[protected] then he was not ready 2 listen n cut my phone by tekking "Airtel me cal karne k liye..."is this the way 2 behave with customers. so please i request u to check for my problems. hope you wil call me soon n tace care of my problems. [REF:[protected]]please check my message sending details againi have sent 3 messages on airtel numberit charged me 25 paise per message(the same problem i have asked before)before sending balance was around 114.62rs which deduct to 114.37 for first messagen hence checked for my second messageDate 5-oct-2008 ) between 4:30pm to 5:30pmand between 7:00 to 8:00pmhecne i want solution for my problem.i am facing same problem since 15-sep-08plz chk my deducted amount from that date
