[Resolved] Airtel — Network problem and Call Drop problem.

I am the user of the your airtel phone +[protected] made the complain regarding the inconvenience of your service. The complain i made in January 2008 and yet on the process and i am facing the same problem constantly. The problem is as follows: Network coverage : though i shows the full network my call could not be reachable and the shows out of network. Call disconnected while the full network... n call drop. not the clear voice coming.. due to the network prob... while in my house.. where ever i am in ahmedabad or in jamnagar while going call if a goes to one room to another room.. my calls get disconnected... or the voice could not hear clearly...so i need to use my mobile as like land line... so i need to call them again and spend the more bugs.. Like this is the hikes of problem i am affaried of your services... will you be able to solve it.. or not.. and withing how much time.. n this time would be the final deadline.. otherwise i will sue for the compensation For the further i even made the complain to the nodel officer of airtel.. gujarat but she is also not responding even for my calls and mails and tells me your complain is panding... dear sir,
we respect to you. In our village VARNAMA Out of 7 K.m From baroda (This is a baroda rural village).your airtel network avalibel in varnama but sir we are not satisfied with your airtel facillityes bacause some time network are not avalibel in our mobile.same time we are walk in mean area while network are not avalibel.so i request to You sir.this problem solve in shortly by airtel costomercare.other wise You not solve this Problem while i will do garm panchayt latter ped because wr arw 25 costomers.and we note complane on 198 at 4 to 5 complane at last 3 weeks.but they say not give me proper answer.
we hope dear sir You solve this problem inshortly.

As above mention iam not able to know call number in my handset. I had complaint to costomer care nobody has taken the necessary action sir the display will be " UNKNOW NUMBER" If i incert the sim card to the other hand set the display will be "UNKNOWN NUMBER".So please do the needful.

AirTel — Airtel Mobile - Call Drop problem

Hi,

I am Airtel mobile user for the last 5 years. But for the last few weeks, calls are dropping every few minutes. Many time I come to know that someone was trying my phone but it was unavailable.

This is too frustrationg. I feel like disconnecting my services from Airtel. But the worst things is whether another mobile service provider are better or they are also the same...

Airtel — Call Drop out

I have raised a network/call drop out issue for my mobile last year jan , but there was no action taken till dated but the complaint was closed this year feb without any notice . I end up in paying 10 calls for making 1 making call, especially STD/ISD . But , no waiver nor the issue was resolved.

iam trying to escalate to TRAI , any idea on the complaint nos.? I tried escalating to airtel but no luck.

The complain i made in 12 Feb. 2011 Comp. no. = COUTL [protected] and yet on the process and i am facing the same problem constantly. The problem is as follows:
Network coverage : though i shows the full network my call could not be reachable and the shows out of network.
Call disconnected while the full network... n call drop.
not the clear voice coming.. due to the network prob...
Like this is the hikes of problem i am affaried of your services... will you be able to solve it.. or not.. and withing how much time.. n this time would be the final deadline.. otherwise i will sue for the compensation
