[Resolved]  Airtel — unable to connect customer care

if we have faced any problem, we complaint the respective dipot. but if we can't talk to the further depot. what will we doooooooooooo?

iam unable to connect customer care since 1 week
Dear sir or mam,


My name is mohib alam from south delhi i have a prepaid mobile connection from airtel.And my number is [protected]...its almost been 3 months i m unable to talk to customer care executive..from airtel whenever i call at 121 or [protected](customer care number) i always hear just one thing that plz send ur query by sms at 121 and we will get back to you in 24-48 hours i did it soo many times but i never got any reply from AIRTEL...plz take neccessery steps...as soon as possible...!

I am unable to get in touch with customer care for the last 1 week. Also I have a msg in my mobile from Customer care (121) on 23.03.09 about paying Rs.900/- in the next 24 hours to enjoy continued services, as I am supposed to have exceeded the limit of Rs.1200/-. I have no idea as to which phone No. are they talking about (Cell or Landline) and for which period as nothing is mentioned in the message. And when I am trying to call on 121, they are asking for a phone id no., which I have no idea about.

Hi,

I am not able to talk to Airtel Customer care representative, whenever i am trying [protected], a computerize message is played to dial *121#.I am facing this problem form last 10 days.Before 10 days i have talked to them on the same number and they provided me wrong information, after that i am not able to talk to them.
