Airtel — getting vulgar msg on my cell

from last seven days my cousin who study in sit, tumkur, bangalore, getting vulgar msg on her mobile and when i tried to call that no. it says switch off.every now and then he send vulgar msgs and all msgs came from a no. i.e.[protected].i think this is a airtel no. of bihar jharkhand region .i don't know what to do?
pls help me?

I am airtel customer. I use my mobile for business purposes. I started getting vulgar message from this number. [protected]. Kindly look into the matter.

Dear Sir,
This is for your kind action need to be taken against the person who is calling me and using vulgar words for the last one month. he is calling from the below three numbers - [protected], [protected] and [protected].
He is calling me for more than 20 to 30 times a day. he also uses to call me during early mornings. So, i am mentally affected. Kindly take action against him.
If this issue is not solved, then i need to go for a complaint with cyber crime.

I keep getting calls from this number; [protected] (which I believe is a Delhi Vodafone number) on my Mobile No [protected] on a regular basis, and this person talks in a very abusive, offensive and vulgar language, I kindly request you to look into the matter let me also know if any alternate is possible

PLEASE!...do something about it!
