Airtel Cell Phone — disconnected services

[protected] cell phone is active since 1997 in the name of Palani A.
Last 2 months, airtel asked us to submit new address prof and photo id.
we have compiled with same. In spite of this airtel has disconnected services without any
reason. we have been paying the bill on time all the time.
