[Resolved] Airtel Cellular Services — Unauthorised deductions | |
I am a corporate custommer of Airtel Celular services. I am recieving a message from 64611010 for last one week informing me about a deduction of Rs 10/-.The message reads "thanks for using (subscription, text based services ) subscription service on airtel wap. You've been charged Rs10.Enter funzone http://igmobi.com I have not subscribed for any such service and look forward to immediate stoppage of this nuisance.Sending a message in reply has failed for last three days. AirTel — Unauthorised Deductions and stoppage of the Customer Services
Dear Sir,Dear Sir,
My name is Ramkrishna Shukla and I hold two airtel numbers viz; [protected] & [protected]. The later number is used by my wife. Since last few months I have come across that the Airtel people without my authorisation activate services on my above numbers and deduct money from my balance. Whenever I came to know about this I have informed this to Airtel Customer Complaint Department on 198. After my compliant they deactivate the services but didnot returned my money which was deducted unauthorisedly.
Every time I called I told them that I donot want any kind of service on any of my phone, but every time after few days I discover that some service is activated on my above numbers and balance has been deducted.
From last few days the same thing is happening on my number [protected] and to my surprise they have even blocked my number i.e. whenever I call on 198, it does not get connected to the customer care executive. I called from my other number and there also I could not get connected. then I used one of my relatives airtel number and it got connected within 1 minutes. They said that no services are activiated on my number. But still every day my balance is deducted.
I am so fedup with this thing that either I will close down this number or I will use the MNP. I am using my airtel number since last 6 years. Airtels network is worst and their services even worst than that. They use this kind of malractices to increase their revenue.
