Airtel — change in plan and poor customer care services | |||
I am having two airtel prepaid connections, [protected] & [protected] respectively. The call tariff on both of these numbers was 1.2 paise per second On 27th march, 2012 my plan changed to 60 paise per second itself on both the numbers. I talked to customer care number of times but never never got convinced. Most of the times the call was disconnect from their side. Three times I have applied for portability, in turn I always receive a call from airtel, convincing me that the plan of 1.2 paise will be activated within 72 hours. Even I received a confirmation message of the same. But till now problem persists. On 16th June 2012 customer care people told me that by recharge of Rs. 5 my plan will change to 1.2 paise per second, I got the recharge done. After it the tariff changed to 2 paise per second to local mobile and 2.5 paise per second to STD mobile, which is again high. I am highly unconvinced from the services of airtel.
