[Resolved] Airtel — Charge me on warranty | |||
My Customer ID is : [protected] I have purchased Airtel DTH services direct from Airtel. I am using DTH service at Amreli – Gujarat. It's pin code is 365601. After fight around 3 month with so many complaints - Airtel gave me repaired STB and getting new error "No Signal" in STB. I have compliant again to Airtel and his customer support person told me that sometime happens due to bad whether and close my complaint. Still I am getting same issue and my Uncle also having Airtel which us purchased by me for him. My uncle does not having whether issue whenever he is stay just 30 meter far. Is it possible to whether can change every 30 meter? I have send my query to Airtel and now he is forcing me to pay 150 INR. At the time of STB replace his customer support person told me that Service warranty period is 1 year and not he is telling me your warranty period is 6 month and force to pay 150 INR and then after he will resolve the issue. When I have purchased - my package was 175 INR (including tax) per month and now without getting my approval Airtel has added 4 new channels in my package and now 200 INR per month (including tax). If airtel does not want to resolve the my issue with Brand New STB - I want to cancel my connect and want my money back. I have recently recharge my connect with 1200 INR. I kindly request to you - Please help me to resolve the issue. I have all email communication which I have sent to Airtel and his reply. Please let me know, if you want to show it.
