[Resolved] Airtel Chennai — ILLEGAL CHANGE OF PLANS | |||
I am Using AIRTEL for 6 months..I have put booster for SMS and still they charged me..!! I complained regarding this.they said they will Reimburse but they did not do anything. !! other than making my message free..! I did not mind about 30 rupees....!! because of work load and next I use top up(rate cutter) 10 paise to airtel to airtel and 50 paise to airtel to other services and they cost me 60 paise instead of 50 paise...they are doing this without any intimation ...to customers as well us to the shops(recharge shops) I am not fighting for my 10 paise...they are stealing like this to everyone and People for busy to be bothered about this .,,,. this is total daylight robbery... Please do something regarding this.... I hope I get some answers soon..!!! Was this information helpful? | |||

they have worst Customer care...they charge 50 paise for 3 min...and they put us on hold ...
i called customer care...He took and then he said he will forward his line to senior officer but he cut my call
again i called he disconnected me again
and third time i called someone else took the call...
and i spend 2 rupees to talk to them..!!
I am so irritated by their reply too..this is the worst mobile service in INDia
