[Resolved] Airtel — Improper service and denial of service | |||
My mobile number is [protected]. I had been given an offer by airtel when i sent an sms to 1909 for MNP and the referrence number for that is CMBNR[protected].I called up airtel several times and the executives always kept me in hold and then hung up the calls.Last time i called them today i.e.06/01/2012 and i call was transferred to senior authority.The official person told me that they don't have such records for my number.I told them the number also from which i got calls several times for the offer. What is this service? I have wasted a lot of time also fighting for the same.who is gonna pay for it? Was this information helpful? | |||
