[Resolved] Airtel — Not getting balance against e-recharge of Rs. 333 | |||
Sir i am deepika garg have recharged my airtel no. [protected] with Rs.333. But only Re.1 is credited to my no. Its return at Airtel envelope in which no. comes that we recharge the no. anywhere and anytime. But when i recharged my chennai no. at Delhi my account balance is credited with just Re. 1. this behavior of Airtel is adding to frustration and mental agony to any human being. Airtel — Not getting balance against recharge Rs.333
I toped up Rs 333 on myaccount but to fiind that only Re.1 has been added to my account. I have an Chennai Airtel connection but tried this top up from one of teh dealers in Kerala. My mobile number is[protected]. Transaction id is[protected]. Can you please help.
