this is sandip bose from bilaspur chattisgarh,i am a customer of airtel prepaid service since 4-5 years,i am quite satisfied with the airtel services of non disturbing network,roaming fascilities etc,even many times in telephonic survey from delhi i have been asked what are the reason for being a satisfied customer,even i have told to many of my family friend to opt for this airtel services,,,but sir today ie[protected] i recharged with rs 18 for using mobiletv services when i was surfing a sudden msg came stating that my mobile number [protected] has been charged for rupees 99 for downloading java games,where i havent downloaded any games,nor the game has been downloaded.after that when i call customer care, i talked to 3 customer care executives n said my above stated problem...none of any action was taken i feel extremly regret about the airtel service...none of anybody told the exact reason for the the mentioned problem...
so sir/mam i request u please take some any action in this matter n inform me... because losing an existing customer is very bad effect for company,rather than making a new customer. Was this information helpful? |
