This is ridiculous. I feel, the people working in this show room assumes that the customers are beggars, as if we are begging for some thing. No proper bill provided for the scheme airtel money. and also the recharge amount is not getting credited to my airtel mobile account. moreover they are not accessible at all. I dont know is this service only up to advertisement, actually the process still in-progress. pls dont waste your money in investing this.

I just want to bring it to your notice about the treatment i received from your Airtel Relationship Center - Chennai Chromepet Branch.

I have requested for a Prepaid to Postpaid conversion of my mobile. And add another additional CUG# . Request was given a month before but i m yet to get any response. I walked in to the relationship center multiple times but the response was the same " It would take another week to process" .

I m seriously not sure what is their process and why does it take such a long time to activate numbers. I tried with different sources and found that it doesnt take that much time and the people in the relationship center was not sure of the process and hesitated to help on request.

When i went again Chromepet branch said that my prepaid number is a tamilnadu SIM and that cannot be converted to Postpaid. But when i checked with the customer care they said its a Chennai number and they were right.
Again i walked in to relationship center and the person incharge admitted his mistake and said there was a system mistake and he could process my activation in a couple of days.

I waited for a week and again walked in to the relationship center, i was again frustrated with the response from their Manager who is incharge and holds the highest escalations. He is so rude not sure how well this relationship center sustained but i want to bring it to your notice. They have collected 330Rs for a connection and i have paid 660Rs for two connections.

Prepaid to postpaid connection is not processed but my other number got activated. But its not complete as it gets deactivated once in every week. People at your relationship center does nt give any response rather they are asking me to request for a new connection and pay another 330Rs for a connection. I need to know why i need to pay everytime for a mistake from relationship center. Does it mean that customer pays for employees mistake? ?

I have planned to switch my connection to another provider and also would nt recommend Airtel any more as i have frustrated more than anyone just because not your product is bad. Its all about your relationship center and the way they treat their customers.

Hope they take actions on the respected people and keep your service with respect to your competitors.
