[Resolved] Airtel — COMPLAINT REGARDING AUTO RENEWAL PACK | |||
I HAVE COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE AUTO RENEWAL PACK WHICH HAS BEEN ACTIVATED IN MY ACCOUNT. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR DEACTIVATION. THEY HAVE DEACTIVATED THE OFFER, BUT STILL THE PACK IS ACTIVATED ON MY ACCOUNT. AND ALSO THEY HAVE BEHAVED VERY BADLY . THEY CANCELLED THE CALL BEFORE DEALING WITH THE COMPLAINT. DID THE SAME 2-3 TIMES, OTHER THAN LISTENING TO THE COMPLAINTS AND TAKING THE NECESSARY ACTIONS. Was this information helpful? | |||
