Airtel Connectivity — Airtel signal dropping and bad response of Mr Kunal Jindal at Pune office | |
We are disturbed to note that the response of Mr Kunal Jindal of Airtel - [protected] against our complaint of signal dropping 80% of calls, is extremely poor. The boss seems to be out of reach of Ms Prachi and Ms Tejeswani. I do not understand why suc persons have been employed in your company. They are not ready to share the contact no of the person responsible for Pune. We would like to terminate all connections if ths continues. We have been calling Mr Jindal to our office in Chinchwad but it seems that every time he is busy in reviews. Was this information helpful? | |

Airtel Connectivity — NO network Connectivity at all
I stay in Sembakkam, Chennai and I am a subscriber of Airtel service provider for the last 7 years. I have moved into this area couple of years back. The Airtel network is horrible in my area and I have placed lot of complaints but no response. If Airtel connectivity is not going to be improved in next 2 months (I hope that due action would be taken in 2 months) then I have no other choice other than to move out of Airtel.
