[Resolved] Airtel — Conversion from Postpaid to prepaid | |||
I have been using Airtel postpaid connection from last 6 months. Today I submitted a request to convert to my postpaid to prepaid. The guys at Airtel Relationship center have told me that there will be disruption of services only for 4 hours. Now I am suffering because of disruption of service from this evening(from last 8 hours). When I tried to contact customercare, they are not answering. Now I am repenting for choosing Airtel. This is my first ever worst experience facing during the conversion from postpaid to prepaid. Visited more than 3 airtel outlets for conversion very easily they say, their showroom Id and password is blocked so the process is blocked. Kindly help me to make the conversion.
