[Resolved]  Airtel — Corporate Bill Plan change

I need the Corporate bill plan to be changed, for this I requested to the Customer care executive to get the procedure information. After doing the one to one conversation with the executive. He said that I need the NOC form both the companies to change the bill plans. However the I am the payer of the Bill amount. Is there any kind of rules and regulations are provided by the Telecoms Regulatory Authority of India.?
