[Resolved]  Airtel Customer Care — CUSTOMER CARE PROBLEM

I am Saurabh My NO is [protected].1 week ago when I applied for portability.Custome care executive call me and told me we are giving you best offer just sms CANCELCO mob no to 51619.4-5 days has been passed today when I called some one my bal was 103.40 after a call of 4 sec my bal became 102.80.Means 60 paisa.I got free talk time of 120rs A2A.But my rest offer 10p A2A & 30P A2Others has yet activate.

I Tried 198 100 times I am unable to connect the customer care.Now I have no way to tell my problem.That is why I am complainting here

Yesterday I got the call from the customer care no .[protected].Executive told me that you can not call customer care 198 till 15 AUG.It means there is no listing.Scond resolution about the plan for 1 month you will charge 60 Paisa per call.Means I talk for 3-4 seconds I will pay 60 Paisa.

IT IS HARRASMENT NOT SOLUTION.

As I already complaint I didn't got the same offer which was told & I can not call customer care to tell.

I KNOW MR RAKESH ITS A VERY BIG ISSUE AND YOU REQUIRE UNLIMITED TIME.EVERY DAY I AM WAITING FOR RESOLUTION AND EXECUTIVES SAYS IT WILL BE RESOLVED NEST DAY AGAIN THIS LOOPS COUNTINOUE.

WHERE IS THE RESOLUTION?I HAVEN;T GOT ANY CALL AND SMS.

NOW SEND ME ONE MORE MAIL AND DEMAND FOR MORE TIME.IT SHOWS HOE EAGER YOU AND YOUR TEAM IS.

Mr Rakesh its good now you again come to know that my issue is not yet resolved.but on 26th july you write in this discussion that my problem has been resolved which actully not yet resolved what you just write.
Hope you will resolve it very soon.
