[Resolved] Airtel Customer Service — they are trash

complaints towards Air tel customer care-
1. they give you an automated choice of English or Hindi. even if you press 'English' the officer who picks up talks in Hindi. They understand almost nothing and is very frustrating to converse with. Air tel obviously is least bothered to train their people to talk and handle their customers.
2. every time one gets through to an officer after waiting online for 7 mins, the line gets cut half way through the conversation and obviously Air tel has no system and no interest to call back. Air tel does not really care about us, Sunil Mittal just wants money.
3. they charge 50p from their customers! How miserly can you get Mr. Mittal???
