Airtel Data Card — NOT RESPONDING TO COMPLAINTS AND BILLING WITHOUT SERVICE | |||
I purchased a Airtel Datacard ([protected]) on[protected]. At that time I was moving out from Sahara Estates, Mansoorabad to Bandlaguda Jagir. Since I had the address proof of Mansoorabad, I provided the same and requested the Airtel employee to get the address verified before I move out from there. He suggested that change of address could be provided subsequently. However, address could not be verified intime and Datacard was not activated. But, I started getting reminders for payment of bills even though connection was not activated. I made several complaints to customer care on phone and also sent emails to Airtel but no one responded. I then sent a written complaint to their head quarters at Splendid towers Secunderabad on[protected] token No.265), but they refused to receive the complaint stating that the number has expired and that we have to pay Rs. 353/ towards bill.
