Airtel Data Card — worst speed & disconnected without giving any notification | |
i bought data card from airtel on 09th december,2009. they chrgd 4,200 rupees.my number is [protected]. they said that the speed will be 325 kbps,but that was a false info,the speed is only 90 kbps. is it a broadband??? i complaind to customer service,but they simply said that they cant do anything and also the deposit amout (3700 + activation fee 500 rupees) is loss for me,,,what the hell is this? the company simply cheating people... who is the authority to control them??? now they disconnected my connection from 15/12/09. without giving any information.. so within 5 days i lost my money (rs 4,200).. i want to surrender the data card. they told that the deposit amount will not be return back.. service worst,after sales service worst,no responsible for customer,cheating every one and everything,,,, still am struggling with them,,,, what the government & troi is doing??/ simply sleeping ah....
