Airtel Data Card — Airtel data cards are made to fool people and make money from them

Airtel made DATA CARDS only to fool the public and make money from them. I am using airtel data card from past 1 year, it worked well for 6 months now the only speed which comes is 2kb to 3kb in a 144kbps connection. Not even a site or messenger can be opened. They only know how to make money and not even rectify the problem after listening to customers. Its a great business by airtel to make money from customers.

Airtel — fooling people

I have an airtel sim from more than 3 yrs but now a days they r activating some subscriptions n deducting my balance.
When i call customer care they were very rude n were denying to refund my money/balance.
please find the address of the given mobile no [protected] because he is creating lot of nusense please send me the address of above mobile no then i can go further proceedings

AirTel — How airtel fools people

Hi,

I use airtel which just now started working fine in my area after my last complaint. Shameful to launch complaint against airtel once again.

I am in singapore and before coming to singapore i confirmed the ISD and international roaming charges. I activated the international roaming on my mobile phone as it was very important for me. my unbilled amount then was 340 or something. When i came here that, i did not get regularly updated unblilled usage as i get in India. Not even online on my airtel account. So i asked my friend to enquire in nearby gallery.

She went up there and asked updates on this and was shocked to know that my bill till jan 11 is above 4000Rs. I came to singapore on 9th. In two days i dint even make outcoming calls of 10 minutes. not even incoming call or messages that many. How can the bill go such highier by nearly 3600 Rs?? And i dont understand why dont i get the updates o[censored]sage through unbilled as well as online access?? Is it the way hidden charges are applied? This is really getting very frustrating for me and i am planning to sue you in the court for this. You apply any international charges mentioned on your web then also the bill will not go this much as i dint even use it that much. I want a full explanation on this one and want to know why am i not getting any updates.

3600Rs is certainly not what i thought when activating international roaming and your operator explained me everything. how does the 15 minutes usage causes me the bill of 3600 Rs. I want you to know. I am taking this matter to consumer court now. I am continuously in problems with Airtel service. Firstly it was down for 6 months in my area. After trying many days and lodging many complaints got it to work. This time it is even worst. Are you guys fooling your customers through such foolish. I will surely sue you in the court for this now. If i am being charged i want the details of every single minute I am being charged and on what basis your heavy charges are applied and even how do they vary by the ones given by call center users.
