Airtel — Data Card -No [protected] -Reg

Dear sir/Madam



This is to inform you that I was using your airtel connection Data Card No [protected] & i given a request to cancel connection in the month of JAN-2012 & it get disconnected in the month of FEB- 2012 as per my request.While taking the new connection I had paid Rs 500 as security deposit which would be the refundebel as per your T & C.



More than 10/15 times I requested to refund my deposited amount in your airtel off in Jaynagar & R V road branch & also in 121 cuostemer care no but I am getting Irresposibel answer from your end by following points :-



1) Server is down come after 1/2 hr

2) Mainly in RV road Bangalore branch you have appointed some irrresposible yong employees which they dont know the basic Knowledge in handaling coustemers & they are always busy with some other work & chatting.

3) Today on 11.7.2012 Wednesday I personally spokened to your coustemer care no 121 from your R V Road branch they told we have already despatched & refubded your amount of Rs 378/- by demand draft by courier in the month of Mar-2012.& one of your executive in RV road branch he himself imangined & telling me ,may courier person has called u but you have not lifted the phone so it has gone back & we had a more discussion regarding the matter but my problem has not solved.



Please let me know when it has been refunded on which courier ? outher wise you are going to refund my amount are not.My entire family is full of Airtel connection more than 10 connectin we arev having including my Bangalore Off. amount may be small but the way you have treated me was really bad. Keep it up.
