[Resolved]  Airtel — DEDUCTING MONEY

I am using airtel's unlimited GPRS data plan with the rental of 395/month. In which you can browse an download anything without any charge, but from last five days company is deducting my balance for using GPRS. In these five days Airtel deducted more than Rs. 200 from my balance. when contacting to CC they do not have any satisfactory answer. But on complaining again and again the company has refunded only RS. 50, and now my call never connects to the customer care. Pls help to get my money refund back.

Airtel has been deducting balance from my prepaid no. [protected] for some WAP service which wasn't activated by me.I called customer care many times to de-activate it but nothing happened.Please help out

I want the support of customer care about my balance deduction. Unnecessary cricket updates i am getting daily without activation of any value added service. Automatically this service added in my number but when want to contact with customer care there is no response. Really get irritated now. I want to stop this service as soon as possible.

my self gurpreet singh my mob no is [protected] your services is really very bad you never send any message for any expire package period i have got this third time problem 3 times i have Rs 80 Rs, 90. Rs75 deducted & secondly the person i talk on customer care misbehaved with me not treat with proper way so i have decide to change the port i tell to everyone guys airtel service is really very bad so dont join airtel idea or vodaphone
