[Resolved] Airtel — deduction of amt | |||
I recharged my mobile for sms pact for Rs.36 on 12/12/12 @1.47pm. I recharged my mobile for full talk time of Rs.160 on 31/12/12 @12.50pm.I got a msg tat my sms pack has been auto renewed on 02/01/13 without my consent. When i tried to call my frnd @ 10pm yesterday (2/1/13) i got an auto generated voice tat i don't have sufficient balance in my mob and ask me recharge my account. I was shocked to hear this news.
