[Resolved]  Airtel — Delay in activating postpaid connection

Hi,
I have applied for prepaid to post paid migration for my airtel mobile connection. I have paid Rs.300 by May 15th 2013, and requested to migrate prepaid to postpaid effective form June, 1st 2013. But the airtel executive failed to deliver the new sim. Since then every time I called, he said the sim will be delivered the next day, but they failed to deliver the sim untill june 15th 2013. I have registered a complaint to airtel customer care, but they said we have to contact the executive, as there is no prepaid to post paid migration found in their system for my number. My prepaid mobile got deactivated since June 5th 2013. The airtel executives are so irresponsible in activating my post paid service. I need this forum's help in taking action against the particular branch people or compensation for the delay they caused.

AirTel — delay in activation connection

I have purchased a new postpaid connection from Airtel dealer in N.Delhi. It is not activated till date after five days, although I have submitted all the id proof and address proof required by the dealer
