[Resolved] Airtel — balance deducted automatically

this is to bring under your kind notice that i am prashant.
i recently surfed 0.facebook.com which is free by facebook itself after logging out my balance was deducted alot it was around 31.99 but now its 15.76 many times i reported this issue to costumer care. but they take it prob very lightly even i just used facebook for 10-15 seconds but still balance was deducted around 15rs i faced this problem many times and now i am really fed up. my mobile no. is [protected] please tell me why does it happen again and again.

AirTel — balance deducted automatically.

i m amit .reguler user .no.[protected]. i want the know whats the matter with that company. they think the customers are foolish.when u think u deduct the my balance every time whever when i recharge my account.that's enough.i want to go consumer court.that out of my control.ur customers care doesn't talk from my no.say msg. at 121.my mind is exploading due to their enconvience.plz. tell about their manager no. i want to talk.u wasted my lots of balance s time that would be not bearable.
