Airtel rejecting my MNP application
I am using airtel no [protected] (maharastra) for the last 4 yrs . And i want to change my mobile operator Through mobile number portability from airtel to vodafone.
And i went to vodafone show room and i submit my id proof and porting charges.
But i receive a message from vodafone that Airtel mobile operator reject your porting . Because of Contractual obligition. Actually in my case there is no contactual obligation with Airtel because mine was an individual normal postpaid connection. they are simply delaying my complaint saying somany lies. Actually MNP is a customer right. but here airtel is denying that right for me.
I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court for compensation.
I contacted my airtel customer care about this issue no one has respondig . Please. Help me sir

I am Haresh Kumar Indra, a Airtel User ([protected]), Coimbatore, since 4 years, have applied for a mobile number port out from Airtel to Aircel since am not getting network in area am working. i was rejected my portability thrice with no reasons. the only message i get is " rejected due to Because of Contractual obligition ".i lost my balance of Rs.450 for no reason recently. when asked to airtel there was condition kept that i have to cancel my porting request to resolve the problem. first time when they rejected they gave me the reason of rejected because my complain was solved.
the thing is it was not solved at all its still no network there.
they just want to retain their subscribers without solving their problems.
i have given them enough time to resolve the problem.
i request you to take action on them to switch me to aircel.
when this is going on why dont TRAI is not stepping into it??
why there is no post complaint tab in their web site??
please take some action soon as possible since am out of reach to my business calls from 25days.
the thing is it was not solved at all its still no network there.

My request is getting canceled again & again stating the reason as 'Contractual Obligation in subscriber agreement'. When contacted to Airtel staff at there Nagpur Office first they did not responded & afterwards stated that you cannot port.
Sir, I request you to guide me regarding the above issue as Iam facing to much of network issues with Airtel.

Our mobiles are in company account relationship no-[protected] .
Iam requesting for porting all my numbers from Airtel since last 2-3 months but all in vain. Our porting request is getting rejected all the times stating some Contractual Obligation in the Subscriber Agreement.
You representing from Airtel so can you tell me what's that clause in the agreement for rejection. Upon approaching your Relationship centers your representatives are not ready to take any letter from the customer stating that they are instructed to do so.
I would request you to kindly do the necessary or otherwise I don't have anyother option than cancelling all my numbers and getting new ones from other service provider. As the tacts which Airtel is adopting are to cheap to keep their customers intact instead because of Airtel itself is making way for their customers to exit permanently and spoiling it's own reputation

I went to Bsnl office and i submit my id proof and porting number.
But i receive a message from BSNL (+1901) that (G)Your Port In Request for Mobile number [protected] has been rejected by your service provider due to legal reasons-BSNL. I called to Airtel customer care they said that sent the sms to 1900 for report number request.I did it and got report number and submit to BSNL office. But now i get the same message .I retry to Airtel customer care, they did not give proper answer. they are simply delaying my complaint saying so many lies. Actually MNP is a customer right. but here Airtel is denying that right for me.
I contacted my Airtel customer care about this issue no one has responding. Please. Help me what can i do sir?
