[Resolved] Airtel — Another Smart Act!!!!! | |||
Refer my complaint on 04 Aug 11. I sent another mail to this effect but still there was no response... Further I recharged Rs 100 and told them to change my package which has been thrust upon me. Its almost half a month and I ' watching unwanted channels thanx to airtel. The customer care reps are totally clueless and cold. They cant help and keep repeating same statements without any positive response... can some air tel rep call and restore my connections. I feel the woes with dealing with Airtel does not end...
I requested for 'South Super Value › 119 channels @ Rs.120 pm + taxes' on both my connections on 31 Aug 11.
I had specifically mentioned the package name to the lady on line. But now I find that I have been provided a pack South super value with 3 language pack for Rs 170.97 pm on 1st connection and value pack for Rs 159.94 pm on the second connection.
I wonder i[censored] can pl provide me what I am asking for i.e. South Super Value › 119 channels @ Rs.120 pm + taxes instead of imposing what I do not want.
I expect a positive result immediately.
