Airtel Digital — Airtel HD - No installation and poor customer service

I confirmed purchase of Aitel HD connection - Order # 1783434 and Rs. 6670 was deducted from my bank account on 8th May for package name - South mega HD 12 month bundle. The airtel executive informed me that the money was not received and sent an executive for collecting the money once again. On confirming that the money had been deducted from my account, the executive left after connecting me with the marketing team, who confirmed that the money was received and assured about installation within 48 hours.

After repeated follow-up no response has been received even after speaking on 12th morning to a supervisor named Mr. Khan (who informed me that he has spoken to the Area Sales Manager to expedite the issue). On 12th evening, I spoke to an executive named Naveen, who refused to connect the call to any senior executive / supervisor stating that the installation would happen on Sunday - 13th.

Airtel Digital — some channel is not open due to not setting SAT 2 Set Up by airtel digital authorised dealer

My airtel Digital costomer ID [protected] From About 20 Days Some chennel Is not open due to not setting of SAT 2 Satup by airtel digital authorised dealer I Request on date 10.03.12 Request no.16893714 But Local Authorised dealer is not instructed
As on 16th May 12:40:

No calls from Airtel and no communication regarding installation. Surely this company is run by a bunch of jokers to fool people out of their money!

8th May: Money withdrawn by Airtel Rs. 6670/-

13th May: Call asking for Pincode - 600078 (No further action taken)
14th May: Call regarding area - K K Nagar, Chennai (No further action taken)
16th May: Still waiting for a call from Airtel
