[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Activation not done even after 2 days of installation | |||
@Digital tv, I had purchased HD+ online from airtel website (transaction ref no :[protected]. Customer id : [protected] (Transid 545220) . the digital was installed on saturday 9th feb 2013, 12:30 PM. But it is not activated yet. Error code 6 is displayed. I tried to call customer care but no one bothered to get this solved . I was told that it will be activated in 45mins but it has more than 24hours yet it is not activated. Either cancel digital tv connection and refund the 2290/- INR. or activate the connection with immediate effect. I am very annoyed with the answers i was getting from customer care because customer care and sales team both were playing Ball game without bothering customer sentiments , Regards Nagesh Was this information helpful? | |||

i have bought airtel digital tv on thursday and it's set top box was installed on friday. But it has not been activated till now{4 days}.I have called several times, registered a complaint, each time they promised me to send an engineer but no body ever visited.
