[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Customer Id No. [protected] - Company installed duplicate cable connection | |||
My customer id no is [protected]. My digital TV set top box place change and hence company's person had installed new cable wire. However i had paid full amount for that. After that some channels are not coming and hence made request in customer care. Again person from company came and told that cable connection installed was duplicate and not of company. And hence we had requested company to change cable connection as we had already paid for that but they had installed duplicate and cheat us. Now nobody hear us and still complaint not resolved since 15 days. I have made three time complaint vide # 9145721, 9159603 & 9072534. Company told that they will charge again price for new cable connection while i am of view that company had already taken money and installed duplicate wire and not original. Its company's responsibility to install standard wire and not duplicate. They had cheated us. My contact no. is +91 [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
