Airtel Digital TV — AIRTEL is cheating us | |||
Dear Sir, My customer ID for Airtel DTH TV is [protected]. I recharged DTH TV on 26/4/2013 (yesterday) for south super value 158Rs/- offer says "validaity is 1month." After I recharged it. When I checked my TV. No channels are activated. when I called customer care, they said my next renuawal date is may 6th. my available balance is 109 rs 1. no channels are coming (error code 4) 2. validity date shoud be 1month (but they have given for 6 days) 4. balance should be 158 rs (but they say that i have 109 rs balance) I struggled alot by calling cusomer care. they are litterally cheating us. not giving proper service. please take nesessary action on them Best regards, Sudheer +91 [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
