Airtel Digital TV — Poor Quality Service | |
I purchased Airtel Digital TV and preferred it as I thought they will have better quality, but i was wrong : 1. They commit that they will install digital TV with in 4 hrs to 24 hrs but I waited for 72 hrs for Engineer call. 2. They gave me slot for installation of 10 AM to 11 AM, Sunday but no call during that time and at end I called customer support, they have fixed another slot on Monday. Monday is working for us and no body is there during working hours. Wasted five days and 20 times called customer care. 3. Customer care is very poor, misleading and error prone. I had horrible experience with Airtel digital TV, I asked escalation process, no answer. Thanks Sandeep Was this information helpful? | |

Airtel — poor service quality
I am piyush pandey mno. [protected] presently living in Assam Iwant to register a complain due to poor service provided by airtel assam region already i have made many complains but they gave lay excuses.Today (1 aug 10) at 10:33pm I call to customer care executive &he gave lay excuses that our service is down but when i sent messages to my friends it easily go but call can"t completed .I asked to executiveif service is poor then how it is possible that the messages are easily delivered but call can"t completed so the cus care exe disconnet the phone.leave alone financial losses i am also mentally stressed as i not able to call my friends back home.
