Airtel Digital TV — Charges for services without consent | |
I am a subscriber of Airtel Digital TV , I got a plan initially with the set of box which lasted for three months i.e. till 14th Oct 2009. I was out of station from 15th Oct so I did not rechage my account. But as a part of there services they gave a grace perid without my permission , when I tried to get my account recharge I came to know that I was charged Rs. 80 for this grace period. When I tried to get a clarification from Airtel Customer Care I got reply that it is a company policy . its also requested that the way in which your are forcing on IVRS to press 1 or 2 to continue and than charging for adding TEN is in- correct and falls under cheating way to deal with the customer. pl refund my unwanted charge as it is clear that i donot use TEN and option on IVRS as per rule after taking cofirmation only suscriber should be add on VAS.
