My video is not working properly. It only displays distorted images. I complained initially on 13 August 2010. A person came to my house and saw the problem and left without resolving the issue. The complaint was closed without resolving the issue. Again i complained on tuesday. This time also complaint was closed without resolving the issue. This time nobody came to my house. Once again i complained on thursday. Again complaint was closed. Today i called, new complaint registered. This is the worst customer care experience one can have.
SIGNAL QUALITY & SINGAL STRENTH VEERY VEERY POOR
I purchased a digital tv in DEC 2010, new stb singal problem After 15 day's new stb running, next 5 month face the problem of loss of signals completely, after complaining many times to customer care, a service enginner visited & changed new stb but not resolved the probelem. Our pc and tuner ok cheked by 3 time's computer enginner. But same problem faced again, I make a call to suratt service center of Digital tv, It happens Many times With in 5 months, Every Time for resolving the problem.
When I asked to Solve the problem Permanently they replied to Change the stb with another old & repaired stb.
I make complaint Many Times on customer Care.
Every time I got commitment to solve the problem soon but till today no action done by airtel.,
My question is How many time the same problem ?
When it occoured First time then why not resolved permanently?
