[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — NON RESPONDING TO COMPLAINT | |
WORST SERVICE IN UNIVERSE , ALWAYS AVOID AIRTEL DIGITALTV NEITHER CUSTOMER CARE NOR NODAL OFFICER IS TAKING ANY ACTION TO SOLVE MY COMPLAINT . MY AIRTEL DTV IS NOT WORKING SINCE NOV 13 FOR THIS I AM REGULARLY LODGING COMPLAINTS TWICE A DAY TO CUSTOMER CARE 12150 & EMAIL ID OF COMPANY ; DTHNODALUP.AIRTEL.IN , DIGITALTV AIRTEL.IN BUT SO FAR THEY HAD NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION TO SOLVE BUT SAYING THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE BUT GO TO YOUR DEALER FROM WHERE YOU HAVE BUY THE DISH &SET TOP BOX. DEALER IS ALSO NOT DOING ANY THING TO SOLVE MY COMPLAINT LASTLY I HAVE DECIDED TO LODGE COMPLAINT IN TRAI & COURT OF LAW NP SINGH CUSTO. my airtel digitaltv is not working since last week[protected] i am lodging comlaints at customer care since then but they are not paying any attention towards my complaint i am regularly calling customer care 05 times but they are not activating my digital tv every time are saying that your digital tv will be activated with in five minutes but so far till date[protected] time 800pm my complaint is not solved so far . nek pal singh customer id [protected] ph. I HAVE GOT INSTALLED TWO SET UP BOX BUT COUSTERMER ID WAS GIVEN COMMON FOR BOTH I WANT SEPEREAT FOR EACH BUT THERE IS NO ACTION MY ID NUMBER IS [protected] I HAVE FILL 02 RELATION FORM ALSO ONE ON RAMESH SRIVASTAVA 01 ON CP SRIVASTAVA SO IT IS REQUESTED TAKE ACTION ON ABOVE MATTER AND INTIMATE ME ACCORDINGLY.
